Paper Flower Bouquet
Was bored today…so I thought I’d have some fun and use a paper coffee filter and make a rose.. The rose was fast and very easy….the other two were fantasy flowers I had made previously. Leaves are also made from a coffee filter. So I wired them all together for a small bouquet. Will be visiting a friend soon whose had a rough time of it lately…going to give them to her. She loves anything “crafty”…so I know this will make her smile….. :o)

So coffee filters are better than wafer paper? You can't do that with wafer paper! I too love how vivid they are June.

Really? I am surprised you could get that intensity of color on a coffee filter with gel color. I do love the stuff, don't you? I have it on my fingers most of the time :o)

Sandra: I just put the gel colour in my palette tray, added water and painted the petals. When dried I just kept adding more or less colour to get what I wanted to achieve.
