WELL RIMA ! TOLD YOU , !!! SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS CAKE !
All the Lambeth cake are basic tips.
It is a 14" bevel (made with rice cereal treats) and a 10" foam round covered all at once to make the shape. Then the white is piped with royal icing and the tangarine accent is piped with gel and some of the petal dust used for the gumpaste flowers. The swirls are sitting on a zigzag tip 14, and piped with I think it was 3,2,1tips if I remember correctly. The leaves are roayl piped with parchmetn bag cut to each desired sze. The drop strings are tip 2. The ruffles are 101 I believe. I think the puffs around the top are tip 18. And Linda, you do work like this all the time. The only difference between you and me are Kathleen Lange's Lambeth classes. watch for her to be in your area. I'm serious! You would LOVE it.
