this is a 6 layered rainbow cake with chocolate gauche and fondant for my nieces 6th birthday the dolls head is made from rkt and then covered in fondant everything else is made from fondant the cake is 6 different colors made from a plain vanilla cake divided into batches and colored then it is layered with gauche to join together and the covered in gauche and then in fondant I made the buttons using a mold that I made from real buttons. I have been learning to decorating and make cakes since February 2011 and I love every minute of it
