Thank you Isabel for the information.  I've made marshmallow fondant before but have recently started purchasing Satin Ice.  Pettinice or plastic icing?  It's so interesting to me to learn the differences in baking terminology from different countries!  All of your work is wonderful.  Thank you again.

i buy my fondant its not called fondant here in south africa we call it pettinice or plastic icing but it can also be made at home, i'v never made it before, it's just easier to buy.

google it and the recipe is there if you want to try it
