Jungle Safari Baby Shower Cake

This is our specialty lemon cake with lemon zest and lemon extract, poured with our homemade lemon syrup and filled with lemon zest buttercream, then hand sculpted 6 tiers into a barrel (as the family wanted a Barrel of Monkeys) surrounded by jungle safari animals (all entirely edible), chocolate monkies, an edible pond with lili pads and flowers, a chocolate tree with fondant leaves.
