You are welcome! anything i have figured out on my own or learned elsewhere i am willing and happy to share. i will tell you though that coloring and decorating the inside of the cake is so easy and actually far from expensive, but since no one really does it, really sets you apart even more from competitors! and we all know competitive advantage is key in a talent driven industry like this that is growing in popularity every day!

Thanks! It is not my original design, client saw it on CakeCentral website and wanted a replica,so I changed it a bit for her, and bc I hate to flat out copy others' work.but did not turn out too bad. The inside were actually giraffe spots and zebra stripes as well!
