             thanks maam, actually i'm one of the cake lettering teacher, you're asking what am i using? i used that chocolate frosting but with regards to the lettering icing you can used any icing it is only in your hand writting and your manipulating your hand..... and besides i'm one of the cake decorator in Goldilocks before..... i'm teaching the lettering before.....thanks maam......
