Thank you ladies for your lovely comments, Cajeta is almost the same as dulce de leche, the difference is that it is thicker and the flavor is deeper.  But it works the same.

yumm--Katy I didn't know either so I looked it up---Cajeta is a Mexican confection of thickened syrup usually made of sweetened caramelised milk.
