3 Tier Topsy Turvy Cake
3 tier Topsy Turvy Cake. Each tier has a 3 layer cake with 2 layers of filling. This was a vanilla white cake with chocolate and vanilla custard fillings with Vanilla buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant. The Roses and Whimsical numbers are hand made with gum paste and airbrushed for effect.
