Absolutely fabulous. Is the container chocolate too? I wish my chocolates had come out as lovely as these
I'm using a girolle like this one http://previews.agefotostock.com/previewimage/bajaage/168a94d4d8be8... and the chocolate must be not very cold (room temperature works fine). And also don't use your fingers to place the curls on cake - use a knife or spatula.
