Souzy's my friend whose family members were celebrating several birthdays on the month of March 2013. She actually insisted that I make her a cake as a business trial (meaning she'd buy it)... I generously told her that I'd just charge her for the actual cost of items which turned out to be much to my surprize as I still can't figure out the correct amounts needed... But the cake was beautiful inside out.
It's a chocolate sponge cake with two layers filling, the bottom is chocolate ganache and the top one is chocolate whipping cream with caramel sauce and toasted hazelnuts (yummy!). Almond buttercream frosting underneath the home-made marshmallows fondant. I also use pineapple juice to moisten the cake layers.
