Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Inside is Maple WASC cake with maple cream cheese filling and frosted with maple buttercream. The leaves are fondant, cut out by hand and colored using color sprays and petal dusts. You'd think I made this in fall, but it was actually a January order for a couple that have a maple syrup operation.
