Homemade white chocolate fondant with marzipan roses

A simple vanilla bean cake filled with white chocolate ganache (we make all our ganache fresh the day before the event), then covered in our homemade white chocolate fondant which is soft and tastes just like a white chocolate candy bar, it is lovely. It is then covered in a contour of marzipan roses.
