Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Bottom and top tiers are red velvet, middle tier is carrot (this is an incredibly HEAVY cake!!) all iced in cream cheese frosting under vanilla fondant. Ribbon is real ribbon, poppies are all fondant and completely eatable (not just technically edible).

Thank you so much, Lisa.  This cake was my arch nemesis all week.  Baking all that red velvet cake made my kitchen look like a murder scene, and the larger flowers kept falling apart! There was supposed to be 6 large flowers, but three just completely crumbled!! Not sure why - maybe their attachment points were too thin or something.
