Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Trying to bring a smile to my daughter's face. The crust is actually a layer of vanilla cake, then caramel cheesecake topped with milk/dark chocolate ganache. Flowers area combo of fondant & modeling chocolate, leaves are modeling chocolate.

huh - what do they know anyway!  For the first time in over 30 years my husband said to me the other day 'remind me to listen to you next time..........'

She was very happy with it.  Told me the flavors reminded her of Boston cream pie because the caramel was very subtle.  What I didn't realize was that her girlfriends were taking her out for dinner to celebrate her birthday which was on 12/31.  Glad I decorated it since it served as the "birthday cake".  Glad I didn't listen to hubby.  He told me cheesecake doesn't need decorating.
