12" tall, about the size of a real cat - made of RCTs covered in 50%/50% modeling chocolate and fondant, colored with gel colors and artist's soft pastels. The only non-edible components are the whiskers, which are paper covered wires.

No, Ruby, it will not be eaten. I cannot imagine anyone eating a piece like this, not because it is too special, but because it has been handled so much. I do always try to be sure my hands and tools are clean, but still....hours and hours of handling. Yuck!
