Van's slip-on sneakers
Someone asked me to make these to look like the sneakers she bought for her grandchild. Not exactly perfect but I do NOT want to do those checks again.

June, that is exactly what I thought of as he was going on & on. I would love to see him try. Maybe I will give him a hunk of fondant/gum paste and see what he can come up with.

You know what I did Goreti. When my husband finished tiling the fireplace, I said there is a row crooked. You should have seen the look on his face!!! He got my drift, wasn't constructive! But if hubby isn't a handyman.... hand him a hunk of fondant, some tools & say..... You can do better, go ahead, here's the fondant, tools..... knock yourself out!! That one shut my hubby pdq!!

You know the only people that can see any booboos are cake people and the only people who know how much love and time and talent went into it is cake people. The people receiving it just love it. It's special and they have no clue.
You really did a nice job. Be proud! Next time you will look at it different. Good or bad.

look at all the cakes on here , , guess what we all make booboo's ! but , as i said its cake and sugar , there is not one cake any were on any site ,that duz not have a ooppps ! and if you don't see them , guess what we hide them !!!!!!!!!!!!he he ; )) you did an awesome job ,ps hope i never get asked to do a shoe or a sneaker , lol ,
