Halloween Cake

This was the first cake I made ever. I made it after the cupcakes were a huge hit at work. I took this to work as well. It was a REALLLY heavy cake. It's also the reason why I now love pumpkin cake. It's really tasty. I hate pie so I now have an alternative during the holidays. Chocolate cream cheese icing and chocolate ganash(sp?) for the cemetery base. Crushed up cookies for the graves, used melted chocolate in molds for the tomb stones, lady fingers for the "fence/gate" and my little attempt at making leaves with icing tips.
