June, Fayre turns out to be an old english word meaning Fair!!!!!

lol............. June.......... now, I've just checked the oxford dictionary and fayre isn't in there!!!!!!!!!  mmmmmmmmmmm, I am from Jersey which is a small island 15 miles off the coast of  France,  I just wondering if it's a french influence!!!! will let you know

Haven't ck'd out your page Ann, but you must be of British origin to spell fayre, unlike we speel it here in Canada as fair..  How many hrs. did it take to complete the job?????

I love you all at CWB. Thanks everyone. yes alot of work, I made them for a wedding fayre. The vintage look is very big at weddings at the moment.
