Gumpaste Roses & Handcut fondant flowers

the roses are gumpaste but the little blossoms covering it were all done with fondant. I spent about 4 hours cutting them and them kept them in a sealed container to keep them soft. When I attached them all I was short almost a full tier so I had to cut more...it was a really long tedious process :-)

This cake is amazing! How long did it take you to cover the cake with all those flowers? Are those gumpaste flowers covering the cake?
