Thank you so much for your response.  The flowers look so gigantic that it just looked more like a much larger cutter was involved.   So my next question then is this.  What camera are you using.  I have a decent camera that takes decent photos, but there are cameras that are much better for food photography.  You did a "Grandiosa job with your cake and the photography was also first class.

Thank you!  It is a 9" cake and I used a large daisy cutter.  For the center, I used poppy seeds and then painted over with gel food colors thinned with vodka.

Absolutely Beautiful......What size is that cake and what size are those flowers?  They are very majestic and really have that "WoW" factor.
