I hate it when we don't enjoy our decorating and I sympathise Goreti.  But let me tell you, this is FANTASTIC!  I just love it's originality.

WELL I REALY LIKE IT ! I THINK ITS SO COOL THE WAY YOU SHAPED IT , LOVE THE WAY YOU MADE THE STRIPES GO AROUND IT,

Actually was not was I was going for.  The top cake was baked in a glass bowl and the bottom was supposed to be also but the cake cracked so I decided to just do a regular 8 in round on the bottom.  Had a very hard time with the fondant with lots of ripping so decided to do the stripes to cover up the mess.  It was really bad day for me.  Woke up with a migraine and didn't end up doing this till very late.  I was actually in tears at one point.  I bought Wilton plastic dowels because of the thickness to make the neck of the vase.
