Lemon and Sweet Peas
Some of you will have seen this already on FB, so please don't feel obliged to comment again!
4 layer lemon sponge filled with alternate layers of home made lemon curd and lemon butter cream. Covered in lemon smbc - first time making that for me. Whilst I like the way it smooths, I don't care for the taste, so may not bother again! Decorated with piped whipped cream and mini lemon flavoured meringues. Free hand wired sweet peas and modelling paste gold roses.
