Graduation Cake
This cake was made for my niece (who's now a scientist.. clever girl) The bottom tier was chocolate sponge covered with dark chocolate ganache, the middle tier was vanilla sponge with jam and cream and the top tier was lemon sponge with lemon flavour cream and lemon curd.
