well no I didn't use the hot knife ! after I took it from the refig ! it started to look dusty after about 1 hr , !

Did you use the 'hot kinife' method to smooth it?  Or what??  Looks so good, smooth, & even shiny, with a very defined top edge/rim!

I love it Gail!  Every time I see one of these, I get the urge to try ganache..., but have managed to talk myself out of it each time. lol   I have accumulated several recipes, and I really do want to try it, am just a big old chicken.
