For some reason the purple turned blue, but blue does not turn purple.  I have found out in the meantime that one has to add a bit of bicarb to the fondant with the purple to stop it from changing colour.  Havent tried it tho

So you are saying that blue turns purple, while purple turns blue???  Sounds like we should make the opposite of what we want! lol

This week was the week for last minute requests.  8" choc, choc butter cream, fondant and gumpaste accessories.  Thank goodness I made the booties a while back, blue gumpaste turned lilac so I couldnt use them for a boy cake that time,had to make new ones..
