A Little boy called Troy entered my life 2 years ago when he was 4.  He's managed to push my cake capabilities to be brim with his requests, but I am so grateful, cos I am always able to try something new for him!  This was by no means the biggest cake I've made, [it was big tho!], but by far one of the most challenging - Thank you Troy!
