For Daddy
I made this cupcakes for my Dad's birthday today. It's a delicious butter cupcakes with whipped cream. I got the recipe from a famous Chef. Sadly my Dad can't see it for he was gone. I never made a cake for him and that makes me more sad. If he only knew that I became a Cake Decorator maybe he will be proud of me.

Thank you Miss Katy and Art Deco! My Dad used to be a good cook in Spain. Maybe I inherited from him my love for cooking and baking.

He certainly would be proud. I often think the same about my Dad - he was used to my Mum being a great caker, but never really saw me fulfill my potential
