Fondant Fetish - New York New York Cake
9" cake for a 40th birthday. The lucky lady had been whisked away for her birthday and her husband arranged this cake for the weekend they returned. The brief - add everything a tourist might do in NYC. Well, after much deliberation I decided on all the iconic images we are familiar with. Everything is handmade and completely edible. The only thing to survive being eaten was the number plate lol. Kept as a momento.
