Thanks Gail, I'm just a bit worried as I'm planning on icing it with SMB rather than just standard Buttercream as I prefer the taste. I've used it on cupcakes and just a normal 8" round cake, but not on something with a little more form to it. Any idea how well it holds? Is it just like buttercream the way it acts? Oh.......maybe I should just use good old BC :)
