June, I just warm it up in the mirco before using to get it soft.

Oh my Maria...how clever. I've iced my cake in ganache, and frozen the left over. Never ever thought of using for piping! My ganache is the consistency of peanut butter...so did you change your thickness by adding extra cream so ganache was easy to pipe? ?
