She was just over 2ft tall , a 12inch square wheat free cake was used , up to the middle of the thigh , then puffed rice and caramalised sugar and a bit of goldensyrup , makes up her body and head , modeling paste arms and a few hundred dots !!!
Had several people ask if i had used material for the dress , and the answer is NO !!! All edible .

Martin, I am still blown away at the curvature and the flow of this figure. It is so true to life it is unbelievable. You have one very good eye!

Thank you once again , You too have an awsome portfolio to be proud of !!!
; ) i just looked at all your beautiful works of art awesome ! all of the wow
a pleasure to help a fellow artist !! xx
A degree in cake making more like !!! Yes i see now , it would be harder to make all in one , sometimes head , torso and legs in one witharms seperate , sometimes all seperate depending on the how they will be positioned , the clothing then helps to hold all the pieces together , with just a little moisture or glue on the back of each piece of clothing
thank you for your help wow ; )x
Characatures are easier as you can exaggerate features , I love cartoons so these i find quite easy , but most you can break down into balls or ovals then smooth over the joins with the clothing , i mostly make them in white or fleash coloured the add the colours i need with thin modeling paste .
