Bonnie's grands would. They would EAT them! Ha! Ha!
Again, thank you for all the encouragement. I needed an extra push to finish this cake. I think I have all the flowers done and am ready to start on the stacking and fondant. This is my first cake dummy, too. Everything is a first!
WOW , YOU DO AMAZE ME WITH YOUR WORKS OF ART , no 1 could ever have know it was sugar !
Thank you, thank you, Gali! I don't have a cake room, sob, just my kitchen and the walls are full of cabinets. My husband keeps running me out so he can cook real food :o)
I just looked at a lot of pictures and tried to make the centers as close as possible, except, I added more color to pick up the red and yellow in the Scarlet Macaws. I thought the bright blues really set them off, too.
Betty, I swam in the creek most of my life and only got a leach a few times. Trust me on this, it doesn't make any difference how old you are or how small THEY are, it will still scare you to death! And, Bonnie, I don't want anything to do with jelly fish either! I am a weenie, I like the pool :o(
you need to do a tut so we can see how you made the center so perfect , this is the best iv seen , it duz pass for a real stem of Orchids ! again WOW !
so very beautiful , I am in love , they truly are a work of art , wow this is an awesome photo also , I would blow it up and hang it on my caking room wall ,
Leaches !!! Yes. Laying over a log in the water, gotum on my mid section/stomach. I was about 7 yrs old scared me to death. My Dad put chewing tobacco on them to make them turn loose. Remember it well.
Love this picture with the orchids and the water behind, beautiful...
We just have jelly fish! And they ain't no fun neither!
Lucky you, Bonnie! We didn't have that many, thank goodness!
