Comment by June Kowalczyk on February 15, 2012 at 8:15pm: I had an amazing Vet. We ended up at a Emerg clinic at 6 AM. Young vet was amazing. He was so kind. It cost us over $1000 cause of Emerg fee, & I had her cremated, & ashes put in a lovely oak box. No more pets for us, now that we are retired. We want to travel. I had a bad experience with 2 vets until we found our last one.

Comment by art deco cakes by galidink on February 15, 2012 at 7:58pm: yes i know all to well lost another one last yr to , its so sad . and the yr b4 that . i had a vet that screwed my do and me . said she had bad teth . and cgarge me 1,500. to clean them . it wasnt her teeth . it was a tummor on her toung . he took pic's while still cleaning and charging me for the teeth when allk the whikle was her toung that was bleeding not her gums, i dint have any more cash to give him for surgery so i had to put her down that was another $575. without getting her ashes back , he';s a d~~k vet . i heard lots of bad stuff about him after that

I know EXACTLY how you feel. We had to put down our golden Scooby-Doo this past July. She had a full ck up the year before, and Vet said she had never seen a dog so healthy. Ya, well, fast forward, she had a tumor, and heart failure because of it. Had to put her down. I miss her every single day. I could cry just thinking about her. I still expect her to meet me at the front door when I come home.
