:x Sandra .. we can come up with some good idea's as having an art background . we better ... lol
Gali, thanks for the tip on applying the brat to the daffodils. Yes, I definitely think the wafer paper looked more realistic than the floral tape. Your's is perfect, could not be improved upon.
oh I get it ... now .. ok but I still think the wafer will look more real . don't you ?
when you do your daff's make sure your gold dust is very watered down with vodka . do both sides ,, fast ...
I do that for rose's some times . I make them prickly ...lol I don't know what Brat is ?
FYI - just saw a tutorial where the lady used a piece of brown floral tape, cut into a triangle, for a brat (or whatever it is called). Worked well because it is sticky enough to hold itself scrunched up.
YES IT WORKS ON THEM TO ... and if you are putting your poppie flowers on a cake , use the wiltons clear edible glitter for your fuzzy stuff
You are the queen of imagination! I am going to try and do the wafer paper thingies on my daffodils that you did on your iris. Boy, you have taught me a LOT!
not the bally styro foam ...
lol . I was waiting for some 1 to ask that . lol Sandra I put edible glue on the wire . grated up some of that hard styro foam . NOT THE ONES THAT A BALLY .. dusted it on with a brush .. that looks better here in my vase than in the picture ...
