carrot cake ,creamchesse filling , coverd in creamchesse fondant ! and creamchesse flavored gumpaste peas & carrots , stuffing is cut up potatp bread , baked with butter cinnomon & sugar it taste like french toast! gel color painted , with rum

oh the fondant is very thin like paper !
i like to have my cake site a day or 2 b4 its served ! it settled and when your cake is fondant coverd it will stay good for 5 days !
the nite b4 i made the stuffing , and peas & carrots rct's for the legs and wings ! also baked the carrot cakes 1- 9 inch and 1- 10 inch ! and the fondant ! thats was about 4 hr's of work ! and cleaning up the mess as i prepaired all that ! THE -nx day only 3 hr's to color ,the fondant , put it all 2gether ! carving , crust coating , covering and painting was easy ! all 2gether about 7 hr's
