Painting the gold luster dust
Once the four rows of string work were done, then I did 2 rows using star tip # 14 all around the heart. Once those were dry, I went back with round tip # 3 and did a row at the bottom and one at the top. Once dry, I painted the top balls with gold luster dust and Ever Clear (or Vodka)
