eileen: yes we use the scaffolding method we install it after the wedding the we gave out the cakes to the orphanage and home care!!!

Ruby: hi ! yes OMG!!!  actually its only 100 guests yes we improvised a ladder we use wooden scaffolding....

How on earth did you remove the top tiers to serve the bottom ones?? :)  I can just imagine someone on a ladder tossing down layers! :)

Made of Fondant

Base is 140 inches round circumference ... Lighted shell gum paste

First 3 layers are solid cakes such us butter pound, fruit cake, choco marble pound cake... the rest of the layers are made of dummy/styrofoam inside...

all decors are edible made of gumpaste!!!
