A Wedding cake! ..I love to do wedding cakes...so go with at least with two tiers. A 8" and a 10" serves 62 and I would charge accordingly. Or I would offer a 12" (56) for the wedding with a free 6" on top for the bride. And I would charge no less than $4.00 per serving. You do the math.

Well Gail
I would make a 14 x 3" cake, or a 10" & 8" 2 tier. Is this soon? Where is the venue? Does it have AC? Not sure if your cake with petals is still around, & if so, how has it held up stored at your place? I would think you would have to make your petals very thin, & add a touch of tylose powder. Not so much you couldn't eat them, but enough for stability. I am thinking $150-175? Because making the cake is relatively easy, but making all those petals is very time consuming.
