Are you talking about the fondant or the wings? The fondant got better after using a bit more white margarine. The wings was my first attempt at using gelatin powder. It is still rough around the edges but my sister (the client, ha ha) feels she is pretty enough. so I quit trying to make better wings. But I will try again soon.

cool , i know you have to use them rite away , or they crumble , how did you keep that from happening ?

we all have a lot of learning.. everytime i make something i just learned it.. just tha fact that we do it is whats so great about it
