Yes Goreti, I think it makes a nice edge to a cake.  A change from the piped shell type borders I have always done.  Got a set of 3 plus cutter from FMM at about £6 - a good price I thought.  Most moulds are so expensive over here.

That is one thing I don't have yet--a lace mold but I love the look.
