3 tiered embroidered buttercream cake

This shot was taken at home before we relocated the cake as I have had trouble getting photos on site, that said, the tiers weren't all the way together. The top tier is vanilla bean with white chocolate ganache and fresh blackberries, the middle tier is grand fudge with dark chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries and the bottom tier is white cake with raspberry filling layered with fresh strawberries. It is frosted with our special cross between a buttercream and whipped cream frosting so that it tastes more like whipped cream but has more of the texture of buttercream.
