Hi Carly - he is all made of cake - head, body, legs, arm and cup cake. The head is chocolate sponge cake and the body, limbs and cup cake are an eggless chocolate cake recipe I use which is good for carving. I used 4 dowels to support the body and the head plus a small plastic plate between the head and body adds extra support. The legs and arms are carved from a loaf shaped cake.
