Elegant fondant cake - 612F
This is my winter cake...My flowers are a type of open rose dusted...and the leaves are dusted with 4 different colors... Cake is a chocolate cake made with ganashe for the top and the bottom layer is a double chocolate cake made with rasberry and lemmon mouse.

This is awesome! being from the north, I have a hard time conceptualizing winter with flowers, lol. The choice of colors are wonderful.
