Thank you, Diana. They are orchids. I attached them with royal icing. I didn't use any wires on them, so they are completely edible.

HI Cynthia - yes, I put a round of fondant on the bottom board before placing my first tier. I then cut out fondant leaves and placed them around the perimeter after putting the ribbon around it. I think she said they had 65 people at the reception. They did not serve the top tier. It's a 14", 10", 6", 2-layers for each. I don't know if they had much left over, but she said there was enough cake.

Have a question for you. Is ti fondant at the bottom? under the first cake? How do you do that? I will be making my 1st WC and I would like to do that, also for how many people that cake was? Is that a 16"? sorry for so many questions ...Thanks
