Amazon has this kit.  I posted it on Facebook the other day.  I will see if I can find it, Debbie and post for you.  The kit Gali gave me is awesome!  Got everything.

LOL - Six is my size too.  I put 7-1/2 M on the shoe because it is Gali's size and she gave me the shoe kit.  Thanks!!

Thanks, Gali!  Be sure and use gum paste for your bow.  My fondant was too soft - wouldn't roll out thin enough and wanted to break when I made the folds.
