A very popular cake for an african bush wedding, the dung balls are chocolate cake pops, dung beetles are moulded from fondant and butterfly is made out of rice paper

I have to tell you, Cynthia, I had to laugh at the thought of dung balls at a wedding!! That would be unheard of here in the USA. It would be like us eating cockroaches or something equally distasteful. How on earth did this become a tradition in Africa? I know it is cake, but the very 'thought' of what it represents.....ugh! lol
