Sorry again Katy I accidentally remove your comment! Please try it, I think butter cake or cupcake goes well with Dulce de Leche icing. We call this as "Yema Cake" and there is a famous bakeshop here who sells it. They always make chiffon or butter cake with it and it really tastes so good!
