Steve, it wouldn't matter how many of your techniques you share, no way will I ever be able to achieve anything half as good as you do.

cant wait to see !! I use a warm pallet knife ! to smooth mine , but I now way can do this , ; ))

Looks flawless to me!  I am always amazed at these HUGE tiered cakes.  I have not had a request for anything taller than a 4 tier, and that was only once, the 'norm' here in South Africa is 2 or at most 3 tier..

Gorgeous cake!  Someone loved their bling and so do I.  I can imagine the petal shape being the hardest to perfect.
