This was a cake for a friend who's dad turned 60. He loves wine and is very Italian.

Hi Camille so sorry I didn't reply til now. Haven't checked my site for a long while. Anyway I just used a writing pen I found in the cake section at Michael's. It's food dye and works great on fondant.
